You are right: I need a real mini color CRT television as a screen to connect/plug into a Raspberry or something equivalent, I don't know enough about it to know ALL the different ways...D 'after my research maybe an Arduino or a Raspberry would be the best way, right?
This mini computer will display in a loop (false) scientific data that I will create on the AFTER EFFECTS software, I started animating scientific data a while ago, for the curious, you can see this here in my Youtube channel: https://youtu.be/K08yVg3SmuY
As for CRT screen size, I think a 7 inch TV should be the right size for it to be realistic.
The head you see in the photo is 10cm high and it will be the same for the other characters, as well as this famous mad scientist...
