This does work, I can't tell if the fan is spinning as fast as it's supposed to. The issue here is that it's not turning on at the proper speeds for lower temperatures. Today, the CPU was as high as 65 degrees celsius and the blower still wasn't spinning, so I spun it by hand and that caused it to start up. But it seemed to be spinning slower than it should be at that temperature. I think something is causing it to become physically stuck, but I checked and couldn't find anything.run the 2 commands, see if the fan turns off and onCode:
pinctrl FAN_PWM op dh
Code:
pinctrl FAN_PWM op dl
I did this as well, the card passed.have you tested your sd card with the raspberry pi diagnostics to make sure it's fast enough to run an os.
the lag in changes could be because you have slow media.
