General discussion • Re: Fan speed at start/boot how to reduce the RPM?

I have the Argon NEO case for Raspberry Pi 5 and there is a little fan in this case. When i boot the Pi the fan speed is incredible fast thus making an high and unhealthy noice. This is just for the first few seconds at the boot, then the sounds stops and as far as i know the fan is not spinning.

This fan noice really bothers me and i want to reduce it somehow. Like is there a setting where i can change how fast it will spin in this first boot sequence?
Before i had this case i had the heatsink and fan from the raspberry pi foundation, the original thing. And the sound was not as nearly as bad. That fan on the other hand is a little bit bigger and probably a bit more adapted to the power that is fed into that fan.

Is there a way to get this sorted?
I thought running the fan at full speed upon boot was healthy as it frees up the bearings after having been off for some time so they can later run at slower speeds. This is similar to the way human exercise increases heart rate so later the heart can beat more slowly.
