I am not seeing that on a Pi3 running Bullseye 32-bit:

Code:

pi@pibull32:~ $ sudo apt updateGet:1 http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian bullseye InRelease [15.0 kB]Get:2 http://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian bullseye InRelease [23.6 kB]Get:3 http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian bullseye/main armhf Packages [13.2 MB]Get:4 http://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian bullseye/main armhf Packages [313 kB]Fetched 13.6 MB in 10s (1,361 kB/s)Reading package lists... DoneBuilding dependency tree... DoneReading state information... Done2 packages can be upgraded. Run 'apt list --upgradable' to see them.
with this

Code:

pi@pibull32:~ $ cat /etc/apt/sources.listdeb http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian/ bullseye main contrib non-free rpi
And, unusually, you seem to be logged in as root ?
