I'm new to the forums, forgive me if this information is readily available. I'm unable to figure it out.
I'm looking for a way to set up a Raspberry Pi as an offline access point, being able to access videos / information from wifi device like a mobile phone. There is a project called "Internet in a box" pretty much exactly what I'd like to do.
I have multiple Rpi's sitting in drawers & want to use them, several model 3's & two model 4's 8gb.
Can someone please provide links & or information on how to do this Please
