We are using a Raspberry pi 4 B model with Raspberry pi 4 OS installed. However, we are facing some issues with the Lan communication. The Lan drivers are not showing up on the Pi module, even though the GREEN and ORANGE leds are blinking on the Lan port.
We want to assign a static IP address for the Lan port, but we are unable to do so. We can only access the Internet via Wi-Fi.
Please advise us on how to resolve this problem.
