I've been using FreeCAD (for 3D modelling and LibreCAD for 2D) since I got my 1st 3D printer (6 months ago) - it's fairly easy to pick up and use and for slicing models I've used CURA / PRUSA Slicer (both available as AppImages). What would be the best set up to use for a cad software for uses with a 3d printer?
I have the 3d printer but nothing else, so I would be starting with nothing, so I would need to get please
I'd recommend using a Pi 4 as a minimum running the 64bit version of RPiOS as the 32bit version of FreeCAD has an issue creating or opening files (it just shows a black screen) whereas the 64bit version works perfectly.
