That gives something to go by as regards current exchange ratios. You're paying about 35% over US dollar rates, based on the Pi5-8GB prices (CaD 109 vs US$ 80).$109 CAD for the 8GB Raspberry Pi
$26 for two SD cards
$25 for the recommended power supply for the Pi
$26 for two micro HDMI cables
With tax, this totals around $200.
US price for the official PSU is $12, so yours should be about CaD 17. Not sure how you got it up to CaD 25.
Official microHDMI to HDMI cable is US $5. That should be around CaD 7. You paid CaD 13 each.
MicroSD cards are all over the place. The last batch of 32GB cards I got were about US $7 each, but that was about 6 months ago. Plus, you may have gone for either something fancy or significantly higher capacity.
