The issue appears to be with the red-highlighted line in the configuration file. To resolve the issue, this line should be on a new line, as shown in the second image. Specifically, the configuration parameter dtoverlay=spi1-3cs should be placed on its own line under the [cm4] section to ensure proper parsing by the system.
