Decided to remove the pi zero 2 from it's chassis to check the soldering on the pi as opposed to the motozero...

... and found the pin GPIO 22 which runs motor2 sticking out like a match underneath the pi. Must have dislodged it at some stage.

I still have no idea why it doesn't work on the other pi zero 2 though.
