I have an issue with using VNC on my Raspberry Pi 3B+. Chromium does not work with VNC. I am unable to setup Firefox as an alternative option. The windows screen does not show all of the menus. It has been a bit of a fustrating experience. I am considering using this Raspberry Pi 3 B+ as a pi-hole and/or backup file server (possibly with openmedia vault). I have a few external ssd enclosures which I can potentially use.
I am looking to purchase a Raspberry Pi 5 which I will run headless. I am hoping to overcome issues with the Raspberry Pi OS when using VNC viewer. I am familar with Ubuntu via a virtual machine in VMware Workstation Pro. There are, indeed, a lot of youtube videos showing Kali Lunix and Ubuntu on a Raspberry Pi 5.
