1) do you know if it's possible to change/move OTG function by USB-C port to another USB-A port by firmware or OS (specific I assume) change ?

It isn't. For two mian reasons: 1. the USB controller that provides the USB A ports doesn't support it and 2. there's a USB 2 hub betwen those ports and the controller which blocks device mode.
2) with your home-made cable, did you get OTG feature on USB-B port ?

I can't answer that but given no Pi has USB B ports the answer is likely no.
3) do you know if there is any feasible/reliable cable like your for selling out-of-the-box ? I found a lot of... but they all includes some "chipsets" internally, sometimes working and sometimes not, I believe because you solution is really strong and reliable, cable to cable without adding chipsets to translate signal or something else.

I use these and some standard USB cables.

FYI, techincally the 4B (and 400 and 5) do not support OTG. OTG requires that the device can hot swap between host and device roles. The USB C connector lacks the pin that's present on micro B to indicate which role is needed. What they have is a USB controller that can be enabled which can do both host and device but you must specify which when configuring the devicetree overlay.
Well, really interesting, detailed information even behind the scene and also USB-C/PWR Splitter (at the moment is out of stock but I will monitor as soon as it comes back available).

Thank you so much thagrol,

Best
