I search for a serial number, but problem is that I need to boot OS to get it (`cat /proc/cpu ...`).

for the pi4/pi5, you dont need an OS installed

this screen will appear on hdmi when you boot it
the line `board c03140 b29d2da0 b8:27:eb:9d:2d:a0` has the hw revision, the serial#, and the ethernet mac addr

2) I looked on board, there is processor. Unfortunately I'm can not find what these numbers/letters mean. Is there a serial number or ID among them?

the serial number is not printed anywhere on the board or chip
