display: DISP0: HDMI HPD=1 EDID=ok #2 DISP1: HPD=0 EDID=none #0
Hotplug and edid are okay (which is a common source of display failure).
And neigl, yes my router shows the raspberry pi, and I've managed to set up ssh as you showed. Still same issue however. I did manage to log in over ssh and switch from wayland to x11, but only the background image of the man in the boat loaded, and was half blank (cut diagonally, with a couple of smaller areas also blank. Mouse pointer showed fine and was responsive, but no icons nor toolbar loaded.
This isn't something I've seen reported before. A photo of the screen might be useful.
UPDATE: screen still blank after 5 minutes, but can SSH in OK.
On the fresh install, without changing any settings (e.g. no config.txt changes, or switch to X11) can you run:

Code:

sudo apt install pastebinitraspiinfo | pastebinit
And report the url of the debug log.
