I somehow forked https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux to my own GitHub sometime ago and cloned from there. Probably explained why.

So a fresh clone from https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux returns 6.6.63 when I do However, my RPi5 host is still on 6.6.62+rpt-rpi-2712 - is there a way to align the hosts' running kernel and the source trees'? So I can eliminate any error of my driver potentially not working because of different kernel increment version. Writing a LCD Panel driver for RPi is very new to me so I can't quite afford to get sidetracked by that as my knowledge is very limited.
