Ah, no, I saw your comment about maybe it was the CMake integration extension, but it seemed like you were not sure or not. I see now you said you removed it and all is OK, sorry for missing that.

Just out of curiosity, how do you build, from a terminal prompt, or an IDE like VSCode? Just for posterity...
