Once you got your screen running you should be able to use Kodi or Peppy Player. If you want to have a fully integrated SW with circular UI there is the risk you will have to implement that yourself.
Sorry, will not support waveshare products as their customer support is pretty bad and they just take their customers money without caring to much.
