From the RP235X datasheet -
If 8 kB were referring to 16 bit data held in each row then it would be correct, but data for some rows consist of more than 16 bits; such as row 0x048 BOOT_FLAGS0 where bits 16 through 21 hold data.
I am not sure why the headline claim is for having 8 KB. All I can say is, having believed that, having got it stuck in my head that it was correct, it caused some confusion, made understanding OTP rather more difficult than it otherwise would have been.
That doesn't tally: 4096 x 24 bits = 12 KBRP2350 provides 8 kB of one-time programmable storage (OTP)
OTP is physically an array of 4096 rows of 24 bits each.
