That link seems to be the combined pico (clone) with the ethernet chip on board. The one I've got is the Wiznet hat. I'll give it a(nother) try,

My understanding is that connecting the WIZnet Ethernet HAT to a Pico will functionally create "exactly the same" as a WIZnet W5100S-EVB-Pico.
