I want to deploy these to remote sites soon and I want connect to stay working.
I am just another user, and don't speak for or on behalf of RP Ltd, or with any special insight.
But just to observe that right at the top of https://www.raspberrypi.com/software/
it says -
And the corresponding News Blog post begins -Introducing Raspberry Pi Connect (Beta)
Ref: https://www.raspberrypi.com/news/raspberry-pi-connect/
- and later it goes on..Today we’re pleased to announce the beta release of Raspberry Pi Connect: a secure and easy-to-use way to access your Raspberry Pi remotely, from anywhere on the planet, using just a web browser.
As I said at the beginning, Raspberry Pi Connect is in beta at the moment, so please bear in mind that you might come across the occasional limitation or imperfection.
I don't think I have seen anything formal from RP Ltd to suggest that Beta status has been moved to released/supported.
It may be premature to place reliance on this Beta service?
