Possibly but, if there's a fault on the Pico W which stops it being connected to, I imagine it's not going to be easy, would involve accessing the Flash chip directly from something else and that's a lot of faff.

I would work on the presumption that you have lost all files on that Pico W.

I thought there was a previous topic discussing the WiFi chip on a Pico W getting very hot. Was that you or someone else ? Doesn't seem to be in your 'posts' list and I could have sworn I'd replied to it. Seems odd someone else would have the same fault.
