RAM access is slightly slower on the 8GB die to the day the banking works IIRC. But probably not noticeable in normal usage.My understanding is that ML is usually quite onerous, will benefit from larger memory, not throttling, and probably over-clocking. So 8GB, Active Cooler and Official Pi 5 PSU I would suggest. No idea about display.Currently for my ML project I want to use the Pi 5.
But I do recall some post suggesting the 4GB was faster than the 8GB but can't find the post for details - RAM access speed ?
