Hi I have a Pi5 powered by the official power supply that I cannot get to fully boot and stay up. Here's what happens
With a fresh raspbian desktop install to a new SD card it boots to the desktop and then I instantly get a red LED.
Things I have tried
Switching power supply to a raspberry pi 4 one.
3 x different SD cards
Different OS's on the card - Ubuntu, raspbian lite, diet pi
Removing the active cooler in case it was causing a short
Bootong without an SD card I get the bootloader screen ok
Similar results every time.
When I run a lite OS, the last message I see before the screen goes black is related to starting modprobe@loop.service
I am wondering if there is a problem with the new hardware power button, does this make sense?
Any other ideas of things I might try?
