If as you say "Using nmap and such has yielded no results.", even with the sugestion from @HermannSW. Then assuming the camera has a sticker with its MAC address on it you could try a packet capture tool like Wireshark and filter for the camera's MAC address, lots of good help for that tool on the internet. Many devices are rather 'chatty' and there will be a surprisingly large number of broadcast packets giving the source IP address.
I have done exactly this task myself (device with unknown and fixed IP for a different subnet on the LAN) with it but it was a L-O-N-G time ago and I can't remmber the specifics.
Even without the sticker for the MAC address you could try searching for the manufacturer's MAC range assuming you can find it on one of the lookup sites
