Nothing to do with "apt upgrade", but I messed up with the network system.
Yes, of course I had a backup SD, with which I was able to restore the system. Now I can connect via SSH and everything is back normal.
But, the problem still persists: if I want to operate the server locally, and not through SSH, I am still not able to access a working console. The server is working, I can use it through SSH, but not locally.
