Makes no sense: if the first image is right (red filter somehow magically converting NIR to blue light), in the NoIR camera the |Red| is, in reality, |Red + NIR +IR|, so there's no way to calculate NDVI, as per https://publiclab.org/wiki/ndvi, and if it has the IR cutoff filter (standard camera), there's no way that any NIR or IR gets to the red sensor.
