Can't check it on a Pi4 running Bookworm right now, but AFAIR this is still there for for my use-case of playing DVB-T2 content via TV-HAT. That is TV-broadcast, so the video bitstream should be according to standards, but there might be bit-errors here and there due to occasional bad wireless reception conditions. I actually don't know what the messages mean, but it is more for info to people who maintain the driver for the HW block I think.
AFAIR an RPi engineer once said that those messages might not be issued anymore in the future but apparently the future isn't there yet.
