Thank you so much for taking the time to investigate this! Much appreciated!Your problem is that you don't have the zwp_virtual_pointer_v1 Wayland extension.
In your dump, it appears you've decided to use KDE in place of the Raspberry Pi Desktop, but you were perhaps not aware that in doing so you migrated away from Wayfire or labwc to kwin, which appears to be incompatible with WayVNC.
We don't have a plan for explicitly supporting kwin at this time - but you might get a satisfactory result by raising a bug with the KDE project around the extensions WayVNC expects to use. Helpfully, these are in GitHub: https://github.com/any1/wayvnc/tree/master/protocols
