I have one pi for working on as a daily driver and occasional GPIO tweaking, plus a HDMI TV screen attached for in the evening.
Pre-bookworm, I had both monitors connected to a pi4 and both monitors set to exactly the same output (overlapping the squares with the screen config tool). Worked great!
However now with a pi5 it seems that screen config application does not seem to have any effect on the configuration. Every day I shutdown, plug out the HDMI cable, insert the TV HDMI cable and restart the pi5, before we can watch TV in the evening. It works but doesn't feel like an approvement at all.
Is there a bug with the screen configuration not having any effect on the pi5?
