I think you have to clarify a bit here.However, this only happens for pre-existing files before the mount. I don't see files created on the pc AFTER the mounting operation.
What are you using to "see the files" from linux?
If I understand you correctly, you can create and see the files from your rpi?
Unless there is an error while saving the files on the cifs mount, they should become visible on your windows machine and on linux by typing:

ls -la /path/to/shareIf you want further feedback you have to provide more info, for example how you mount the cifs.
