Maybe all that stuff is just disabled.
But some of the videocore stuff is a little bit confusing. Most confusing is why the heck are there breakpoints in the bootrom code "bkpt" instruction. Less confusing I guess is how they write assembly lines with four instructions in one line - I guess they must be executed concurrently.
