Searching using the IMX219 sensor name, I found an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and a stable image range of 0°C to 50°C.
I suspect the rest of the camera module is rated for similar conditions, but I'm sure someone will come up with some official specs.
My NoIR 2 camera has been outside for around two years now in temperatures a few degrees below freezing and survived. It has also survived being rained on a few time, and the Pi 2B running it has got wet too. Occasionally I had crashes when it rained, or corrupted video, but it's been fine when dried out.
